Your Name: enter your name as you would like it to appear in incoming or outgoing emails
E-mail Address: the one you have setup in your WebsitePanel, or that has been setup for you by us
Incoming mail server: pop.WebSiteLive.net
Outgoing mail server: smtp.WebSiteLive.net

Put a tick in remember password
Then click More Settings.

6. When you click More Settings, another window will open. There are 4 tabs on this window - General, Outgoing Server, Connection and Advanced.

On the first tab called General, make sure that your name is put in as how you would like to identify this account on Outlook. You can enter something meaningful here, perhaps like Sales Department, or whatever suits you best. The organisation and email reply boxes can be left blank.

On the second tab called Outgoing Server, put a tick in "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", and make sure the box is checked which says - Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

On the third tab called Connection, generally speaking you should be able to check the option "Connect Using Internet Explorers or a 3rd Party dialer".

On the fouth tab called Advanced, Incoming Server (POP3) should be "110", Outgoing Server (SMTP) should be "25". At the bottom of that tab where it says Delivery UNCHECK the box where it says "Leave a copy of messages on the server". If messages are left on the server, then your mailbox space will fill up, and emails will not be able to be sent or received until the space is cleared out.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you click OK on this window! before closing it

7. Click on the Finish Button.

Congratulations, you have now setup Outlook 2003 to send and receive emails from your email account.
