123 Simples Linux mailboxes support POP3, IMAP, Roaming SMTP, and WebMail services. On this page you will find out how to setup your POP 3/IMAP email client, such as Outlook to send and receive emails from your 123 Simples Mailboxes. To pick up and send email using the 123 Simples mail servers you need to enter the following details into your email client using the passwords and details sent to you via our secure system.
USE YOUR DOMAIN NAME FOR EMAIL SETTINGS
It's better to use your domain name for your mail settings - mail.yourdomainname.co.uk (replacing yourdomainname.co.uk with your ACTUAL DOMAIN NAME and EXTENSION) - this way if the server then updates their own cloud settings, you won't need to worry about changing your email settings on Outlook, Thunderbird or any other mail software.
