EMail Alias -

An email alias is a way to create an additional name for your primary email account. This allows you to create alternative email addresses without having to create another email mailbox. Keep in mind you can not send from an alias.

How does an email alias work?

If your email address is user@domain.com and you create an alias "user2@domain.com" that means that if someone emails user2@domain.com, you will be able to login to your user@domain.com email address and view that message.

IMPORTANT: An email alias can only be used to forward messages to your primary domain email account. You are not permitted to forward emails to another provider, for example "user2@domain.com" cannot be sent to "user2@yahoo.com". Nor can email aliases be 'daisy-chained' and forward to another email alias, and then another or multiple email accounts.
