Domain Name Renewal Procedures -

Renewing your domain name is taken care of by 123 Simples. To make sure there is no disruption to your services, we have outlined the payment procedure on this page.

Domain Name Registration Payments -

Payments for domain names need to be paid in advance. Where possible, we will notify you about 28 days prior to a domain name renewal date. An invoice will be generated at that time, asking for payment in advance before the domain name is due to expire. Reminders will also be sent out usually 14 days, 7 days and 3 days prior to the domain name renewal date. If we do NOT RECEIVE A RENEWAL PAYMENT before the date due, then we may at our sole discretion decide to either:
Renew the domain name and you will still be liable for the renewal costs or;
Allow the domain name to lapse.

Whilst automated billing might seem an easier option, we and our customers tend to favour a more relaxed approach to paying for their services. It may be at some future time, we look at more automatic ways of billing and invoicing, but for now, this is our current method of billing.

RENEWAL DATES: Invoices for services, domain names, hosting renewals, SSL Certificates etc are sent out 4 weeks prior to the annual renewal dates. Payment needs to be made at least 14 days prior to the actual renewal date itself to ensure there are no disruptions to your services.
